Priankar has extensive social work experience, being qualified for over 10 years. He has developed his practice knowledge with senior roles at Sunbeam Fostering, including Team Manager. He has direct safeguarding knowledge, practice experience and has worked firsthand with children and young persons. Priankar holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management, Diploma in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Systemic Practice and Masters & Bachelors in Social Work.

Simon has over 15 years fostering experience and knowledge. He has extensive sector knowledge through his recent consultancy work with fostering agencies, and also from 10 years with Sunbeam Fostering as their Chief Executive and Business Development Director.

Simon supports on strategy, marketing, finance and IT.

Karamjit has over 30 years of social work experience and is a member of the Board for Beacon Fostering.

Karamjit has excellent sector knowledge and experience through his involvement with Sunbeam Fostering. Karamjit supports Beacon on its strategy, HR and development. Karamjit is an agency decision maker for Beacon Fostering.

Muhammad has 30 years of social work experiences both within statutory setting and private sector as a social worker, senior social worker and manager. Muhammad has significant experience and sector knowledge from his engagement with Sunbeam Fostering. Muhammad is agency decision maker for Beacon Fostering and supports on finance, strategy and development.

Naseem has 30 years of social work experience both within the statutory and private sector both as a practitioner and in management, quality assurance and service development.

Naseem provides valuable input and advice on our operation for Beacon Fostering. Naseem has been actively involved with Sunbeam Fostering since the agency started. He is also an agency decision maker for Beacon Fostering.

Natalie has over 25 years experience in the children' s services sector across statutory, charitable and private organisations. Natalie has excellent leadership skills and has completed NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management. Other qualifications and experience includes Masters in Social Science, Therapeutic Training and APMG Change Management. Natalie has also held Panel Advisor roles, Head of Services and Agency Decision Maker. 

John is a registered social worker with over 30 years’ experience in safeguarding, social inclusion and child and public protection.

He has significant experience of strategic planning, service management and multi-agency/partnership working in safeguarding and fostering. He is also experienced in safeguarding training, quality assurance and audit and evaluation of child protection.

John is the Panel Chair for Beacon Fostering and he will oversee best practice for the panel delivery.

Jack oversees Beacon Fostering's recruitment, using media and marketing materials to recruit foster carers across the North West.

Shariq is a highly experienced fostering and finance professional with over 20 years direct experience in the fostering sector. Shariq has relevant academic and management skills through his degree course (Economics), postgraduate in Business Studies and management program from Oxford Brookes. Shariq is Interim Responsible Individual for Beacon Fostering. Shariq will support on the agency's financial management, growth and development.
