When is Foster Care Fortnight 2025?

The Fostering Network’s annual Foster Care Fortnight campaign aims to increase awareness of foster care and demonstrate the positive life-changing effects of foster care.

Foster Care Fortnight 2025 will take place from 12 – 25 May. This year’s theme is The Power of Relationships. This will allow us to honour the essential ties that bind those who collaborate to provide children and young people with love, warmth, and stability.

At Beacon Fostering, we like to support the Fostering Network’s Foster Care Fortnight as much as possible, using the 14-day period to spread as much awareness as possible. With the current shortage of foster carers across the country, schemes like Foster Care Fortnight are pivotal to sharing more information about fostering and encouraging more interest in fostering.
